仰漂:
全身肌肉放松,四肢展开、手臂上举、挺腰、扩胸吸气仰面漂浮水上,一般男性身体比重较重,在游泳池等淡水环境中不易平浮水面,宜采双手后伸姿势,可获得较佳浮力,呼吸要领为吸气慢且长,吐气快且短。
